Matlock Aquarium
Matlock Bath Aquarium & Exhibitions, located in a historic Victorian building in
Matlock Bath, offers a unique and educational experience for visitors. The aquarium houses over 50 species of fish, including a renowned collection of Mirror, Common, and Koi Carp in its thermal pool, which is fed by a natural spring believed to be 2,000 feet underground.
Other attractions include one of Europe’s largest public hologram displays, the only remaining petrifying well in Matlock Bath, a gemstone and fossil exhibit, and a nostalgic ‘Past Times in Matlock Bath’ exhibition
