Booking & Payments

Q: How do I book a stay with Glo?

A: You can book directly through our website, over the phone, or via email.

Bookings are only guaranteed once a deposit has been made and a confirmation email has been received by the guest. 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major debit and credit cards. 

Q: Is a deposit required?

A: Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due  before arrival.

Q: Does Glo have offers and discounts

A: Yes, not only do we offer great discounts with our local partners but check out our News and uppdates page for latests Glo offers.

Safety

Q: What if i have an emergency?

A: In case of emergency, please contact reception or the on-site warden. For serious emergencies, dial 999

Arrival & Check-in 

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

A: Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. 

Q: Can I arrive late?

A: Late arrivals may be possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us in advance if you plan to arrive after 7:00 PM.

Accommodation 

Q: What facilities are included in the caravans/Apartments?

A: All units include a fully-equipped kitchen with basic utensils , bathroom, heating, and a seating area. Towels and bedding are also provided .

Q: Is Wi-Fi available?

A: Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available across the site, though signal strength may vary.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Selected caravans/lodges are pet-friendly. Please check availability and notify us when booking if you plan to bring a pet.

On-Site Amenities 

Q: Do you have on-site parking?

A: Parking is available on a first come first served basis. Our Accommodation in Matlock is part of the local pay and display please check rates on the below link

A: We have limited accessible units—please contact us in advance to discuss your needs and ensure availability.

A: Visitors are welcome during the day but must leave by 11:00 PM. Overnight guests must be registered.
