Booking & Payments

Q: How do I book a stay at the lodge?

A: You can book directly through our website, over the phone, or via our trusted booking partners. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is complete.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as bank transfers. A deposit may be required at the time of booking.

Q: Is a deposit required?

A: Yes, a non-refundable deposit (typically 20%) is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due [e.g. 4 weeks] before arrival.

Arrival & Check-in 

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

A: Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. 

Q: Can I arrive late?

A: Late arrivals are possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us in advance if you plan to arrive after 7:00 PM.

Accommodation 

Q: What facilities are included in the caravans/lodges?

A: All units include a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, heating, bedding, and a seating area. Towels may be provided or available for hire—please check your specific unit’s details.

Q: Is Wi-Fi available?

A: Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available across the site, though signal strength may vary.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Selected caravans/lodges are pet-friendly. Please check availability and notify us when booking if you plan to bring a pet.

On-Site Amenities 

Q: Do you have on-site parking?

A: Yes, each unit has an allocated parking space. Additional parking is available near reception.

Q: Is there a shop or café on-site?

A: Yes, we have a small shop for essentials and a seasonal café open during peak months.

Q: What activities are available nearby?

A: We’re close to walking trails, beaches, cycling routes, and local attractions. Ask at reception for our activity guide or local discounts.

Cancellations & Changes 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Cancellations made [e.g. 30 days] before arrival receive a full refund (minus deposit). Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.

Q: Can I change my booking dates?

A: Yes, date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least [e.g. 14 days] in advance.

Q: Is the site family-friendly? 

A: Absolutely. We welcome guests of all ages and have a play area and open space for children to enjoy.

Q: Is the site wheelchair accessible?

A: We have limited accessible units—please contact us in advance to discuss your needs and ensure availability.

Q: Can I have visitors during my stay?

A: Visitors are welcome during the day but must leave by 10:00 PM. Overnight guests must be registered.
