A step by step guide to checking in

Q: How do I check in 

A: Check in is made available 48hours prior to your arrival date. Guests must log in to their booking and manually check in ensuring the full balance has been paid off. 

Q: Do i need to check in at Reception or is it self check in 

A: Online check-in is available, and detailed instructions for accessing your accommodation will be provided through your portal.

Q: What time is check in 

A: Check in is available between 3pm and 9pm 

Q: Can I check in after hours 

A: Please get in touch at least 48 hours 

Q: Do I need to pay before check in? 

A: In case of emergency, please contact reception or the on-site warden. For serious emergencies, dial 999

Q: Can I pay cash?

A: Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. 

Q: Can someone else check in on my behalf?

A: Late arrivals may be possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us in advance if you plan to arrive after 7:00 PM.

Q: Can i amend my booking at check in?

A: All units include a fully-equipped kitchen with basic utensils , bathroom, heating, and a seating area. Towels and bedding are also provided .

Q: When will I receive check in instructions?

A: Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available across the site, though signal strength may vary.

Q: When will I get the check-in code or access details?

A: Selected caravans/lodges are pet-friendly. Please check availability and notify us when booking if you plan to bring a pet.

Q: What happens if I don’t receive my check-in information?

A: Parking is available on a first come first served basis. Our Accommodation in Matlock is part of the local pay and display please check rates on the below link 

Q: Where do I find my Accommodation number?

A: Check out our Destinations page where you will find an array of activities to partake in during your stay

Q: What if my code doesn’t work to access my keys? 

A: All of our cancellation Policies can be found on our terms and conditions page 

Q: How do I use the lockbox/key safe/keypad?

A: Please contact us directly to discuss any date

A: We have limited accessible units—please contact us in advance to discuss your needs and ensure availability.

Q: Do I need mobile service or internet to complete self check-in?

A: Visitors are welcome during the day but must leave by 11:00 PM. Overnight guests must be registered.
